Do not use the pool under the influence of alcohol. - Pool timings must be followed. The pool is not available after 7:30 AM for cleaning and maintenance. - Please play barefoot on the lawn to protect the grass. - Keep AC temperature at 24–26°C to support efficient solar power usage. - Do not misuse or damage electrical appliances, solar equipment, battery backup or other property facilities. - Loud music and activities must comply with applicable local noise rules. - Smoking should be restricted to designated/open areas and cigarette butts must not be discarded on the lawn or inside the property. - Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its facilities. - Children must be supervised by their parents/guardians, especially around the swimming pool. - Outside guests/visitors are allowed only with prior approval. - The property should be handed back in a clean and orderly condition. - Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

Party Rules - Private parties and celebrations are allowed with prior approval. - Maximum number of guests must remain within the confirmed booking capacity. - Loud music is permitted only within applicable local noise restrictions. - No DJ, loudspeaker or high-volume outdoor music without prior approval. - No glass bottles or glassware near the swimming pool. - Swimming is strictly prohibited while under the influence of alcohol. - Guests must not create nuisance or disturbance to neighbours or the surrounding area. - No illegal activities, drugs, weapons or prohibited substances are permitted. - Firecrackers, bonfires or open flames require prior approval. - Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during and after the party. - Any damage to the property, furniture, electrical equipment, pool or lawn will be chargeable. - Food and beverages may be brought in subject to the property's prior approval. - The organiser/booking guest is responsible for ensuring that all guests follow the rules. - The property reserves the right to stop activities that violate safety rules or applicable regulations.
