We do not sell or deliver physical goods. A booking is confirmed by email and is visible on your Trips page immediately after payment; there is nothing to ship and no delivery charge.
The property's exact address is shared with you once the booking is paid.
2.Returns
Because nothing physical changes hands, there is no return process.
Changing your mind about a stay is a cancellation, and is covered by the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which sets out the windows and how money is returned.
